Top 5 : Biggest Badasses

LOL at myself!! I actually written a blogpost with incorrect interpretation. So the biggest badasses are characters that have lots of confidence, cool and frequent disregards of authority. I went and wrote about villains instead but no worries I'm writing a new post that fits this category. I will repost that with the proper title instead. There are many characters who fits in this category lately in young adult books. As the urban dictionary most top definition, that person is one ultra-cool motherf*****. So below is my top pick kick ass characters not in any order.

Wolf from Scarlet (The Lunar Chronicles)

A character who is mysterious, strong and fights for a living. This guy never reveals too much and then when he does, well you'll be slightly surprised at his true nature. What he is capable of is what makes him a badass. If I continue more on him I would be spoiling people who will read Scarlet. 

Kaz from Six of Crows 

A gang leader in the most messed up city. His past which influenced who is he now totally qualifies him as a badass. He has so  many tricks up his sleeves that it's hard for people to figure him out. Even with a disability he is able to defend himself which is truly amazing. His mysteriousness totally appeals to me. To know how badass he is, please read Six of Crows which was my favourite book last year.

Inej from Six of Crows

A female character that is not so easily bullied because of her abilities. Her nickname The Wraith already states how badass she can be. She is quiet and she can scale buildings easily. Her job as the eyes and ears of the Dregs (Kaz's gang) makes her so valuable. You would never hear her coming and when she sneak up on you , you'll be dead before you'll know it's her. 

Celaena Sardothien from Throne of Glass series

An assassin at a young age who have done countless killings. She is really a girl you do not want to mess with. So far I'm only two books into the series and she has quite a number of impressive abilities. When she was locked in prison she still managed to do some damage there. She has earn the title of King's Champion which totally secures her place of badassness.

Tris from Divergent series

I really liked her character because she was brave enough to do the things she did which is changing  her faction from Abnegation to Dauntless. At the first day itself she jumps off a moving train and after that all the things to truly be a dauntless was executed perfectly. She did not know what is happening but she is brave to face it head on. She is willing to fight for what is right. 

So there you go all those teenagers who can fight and defend themselves. Their attitude are also part of the reason why they are badasses besides their skills. I truly enjoyed reading about them and they make some of the best parts the series they are in. What are those badass characters that stand out and  made you love them?
