Dream House Days: Tips

There are a lot of furniture in dream house days and most of them will only be available once your game meets a certain criteria. I have tried to compile those instances that reveal the items and it is listed below. From time to time I might update the list once I discover something new. So far what I've learn that changing jobs will bring new research which are usually furniture and also winning the yearly rating competition also does the same but not all competition.

Flooring - Obtaining No 1 ranking in Regional Highest Rent

Orange Floor - Obtaining No 1 ranking in Regional Best Comfort

Carpeting - Obtaining No 1 ranking in National Highest Rent 

Green Floor - Obtaining No 1 ranking in National Best Comfort
Wood Floor - Obtaining No 1 ranking in Global Highest Rent
Pink Floor - Obtaining No 1 ranking in Global Best Comfort
